Where is the event being held?
The event will take place on Saturday 6th November 2021 at the Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge, PL27 7JE. A map is printed on the ticket for your reference. When you approach the venue please look out for signage directing you where to enter the site and follow the signage to the correct ticket checking area based on the ticket type you have – the type of ticket you have is clearly printed on your ticket.
What time can I arrive?
Gates open at 3pm and will close at 7pm, this allows a good window slot for entry, we do recommend getting to us as early as possible, the earlier you arrive, the better position you will enjoy and the earlier you will be able to leave as all car park exits are via the front of your car parking area.
What will happen when I arrive?
Follow signs to your ticket type scanning point then please hold your printed ticket or a clear image of the QR code on your ticket download to a mobile device to your car window for our team to scan and validate.
You will then be directed to your parking area by our team. Each parking space will be approx 4m in width and 7m in depth. Please drive slowly and sensibly once you are within the venue as there may be pedestrians moving around the site.
Can I reserve a car space in advance?
No, we cannot reserve spaces in advance. Our team will assign you a space on arrival. The earlier you arrive, the closer you will be to the action and the earlier you will be able to leave at the end of the show.
Can I bring Sparklers and Fireworks?
Sparklers or fireworks of any description are NOT allowed at the venue during this event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Can we get out of our vehicles?
We request that you stay in your car until the fireworks start unless you need to visit the toilet or catering facilities. If you do so, please always wear a face mask/covering and observe current social distancing guidelines.
When the firework display begins, you can watch the spectacle from your car or from the area immediately in front of your vehicle, respecting the social distance between yourselves and neighbouring cars and groups.
Can I buy food and drink on-site?
There will be several catering options available at the event offering hot food, sweet treats and drinks. We ask that guests please take any rubbish from eating and drinking at the event home to dispose of or recycle responsibly.
Can I pay for food and drink with a Debit/Credit card?
Yes, you can. We ask that where possible card payment is made to reduce customer and staff contact.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We are happy for you to bring your own food and/or drink if you wish. Please remember to think of the environment and safety of our site team and take your rubbish home to dispose of or recycle.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes, the Showground’s permanent toilet blocks including disabled toilets and space to change toilet facility will be open. These will be supervised and cleaned regularly during the event. There will also be limited numbers of Portaloos spaced around the site but recommend the use of the main toilet blocks. Please wash and sanitise your hands thoroughly after use.
Is there wheelchair / disability access?
The site does have wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities and a Space to Change toilet. We must stress that the event parking will be mainly on sloping, uneven grassed areas. Therefore those who use a wheelchair or with limited mobility may find accessing the toilet and catering facilities at the event difficult, so please keep this in mind before booking.
Are there people on site to help me?
